New, unused gear can be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase amount excluding any shipping charges.

Returns of new products, with proof of purchase, can be made by mail or at our retail store regardless of how you made your purchase originally.
In Store Returns
Bring your item in it’s original packaging with tags, as well as your receipt, to any sales associate at the store for return or exchange.
Returns by Mail
Pack the order securely and include the original product packaging and tags.
Include proof of purchase (packing slip, invoice, order confirmation) as well as your name, email, and phone number.

Send the package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Adventure Plus is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return your original order as outlined above and place a new order for what you would like it replaced with. This way you don’t have to wait for your return to arrive before the replacement order is shipped.
If you’re not in a hurry you can follow the instructions for a return above and simply include a note letting us know what you would like to exchange.
